What's New in Visuals
See one finished clip before you pay for the whole video.
Before, when the Visuals Agent planned a video, the only way to see what it would look like was to run all of it. Now it offers a test video first, with its price on the button. Like it, and the rest runs around it. And when you run a flow again, Visuals only redoes the cards that changed.

Try a test video first
When the Visuals Agent builds a video plan, its Ready to run card now gives you a cheaper first step.
Make test video makes 1 real, finished clip from the plan. The price is on the button.
Run the rest runs everything else once you like it. The test clip is kept, so you never pay for it twice.
Create treatment makes a visual direction board instead: a title, a strip of 4 frames, the concept, tone, world, story beats and colors, all on 1 page. Use it to check the idea before any video is made.
The test video and treatment are offered for planned videos with several shots, not for a single image or a single clip.
Only pay for what changed
Before, pressing Run again could redo cards that were already finished, and charge for them again.
Now Run only runs cards that are new or changed, plus the cards that depend on them. The run screen tells you how many cards already have results and are being kept.
Re-run everything is there when you want fresh versions anyway. It shows its own price.
Everything is up to date shows when nothing has changed, so there is nothing to pay for.
Retry what failed runs only the cards that failed and the ones waiting on them.
One price everywhere. The chat, the run screen and the upgrade screen now show the same number.
No double charges. If you start the same run twice, for example in 2 tabs, the second one joins the run already going.
The Visuals Agent keeps working when you leave
Before, closing or switching away from the tab while the Agent was working could lose its reply and the cards it was adding.
Now the Agent keeps going after you leave. Come back, and its reply and the cards it added to the visual canvas are waiting. If you stop a reply partway, the work it already finished is kept. Messages you send while it catches up wait their turn.
The Agent works from your real photos and your name
Your photos reach every card that needs them. Subject and product photos now go to the cards that write prompts, not only to the image and video models. So prompts describe the person or product you actually gave it, and the Agent remembers those photos across your answers to its questions.
Your artist name comes from Settings. The Agent now uses Artist or brand name in Settings, Personalization. Change it there and new chats follow. Work for an artist you manage no longer borrows your own name or photo.
Downloads that finish
Download outputs in My Library now includes every image, video, audio file and poster from a project, flow or composition. Some files were being left out.
Agent results download as a ZIP without getting stuck on Zipping. If your browser stalls, the download switches to another method on its own after a few seconds.
Cancel means cancel. Cancelling a download no longer shows a success message.
Text cards are not part of these downloads, to match what My Library shows.
Also fixed
The Agent's questions always show up. A new chat could end with no question cards. Question cards also take typed answers now, and Use recommendations moves the plan forward.
Compose music stops where you set it. A Compose video with a song kept playing past the end of the part you picked.
Kling 5 second clips are billed as 5 seconds. Some were billed as 6.
Have a promo code? You can now enter one on the pricing page and the upgrade screen.
Shared links reload cleanly and show when something was made in your own time zone.
