Visuals.fm Release Notes - 10.10.2026

Fix with Agent on failed runs, Agent runs that finish even with the tab closed, TIFF uploads, and a Recover your edits window when a flow changed somewhere else.

Written by Sebastian Mourra

What's New in Visuals

When a run fails, the Visuals Agent can now fix it for you in one click.

Before, a failed card left you with a notice and a puzzle. Now that notice has a Fix with Agent button. And once the Agent starts a run, it finishes it, even if you close the tab.

The short version:

  • Failed runs get a Fix with Agent button

  • Agent runs finish even after you close the tab

  • Upload TIFF images, converted for you

  • Recover your edits if a flow changed somewhere else

  • Seedance 2.5 tells you before you mix frames and references

  • Long prompts built from text cards are checked before you run

Fix with Agent

When cards fail in a run on the visual canvas, the failure notice now has a Fix with Agent button. One click opens the Visuals Agent and hands it the cards that failed, so it can repair them and run them again. The chat you already had stays in place.

If a card failed because its prompt had no direction, or the card that writes its prompt came back empty, the Agent asks you for what is missing.

Agent runs finish, even with the tab closed

At the end of September the Agent learned to keep chatting after you leave. Now the run itself keeps going too.

Before, if your tab went to the background while the Agent was building, saving its cards and starting the run could stall until you came back. Now the Agent saves the cards and starts the run without needing your tab. Switch tabs or close the window, and the run still finishes. When you come back, the project opens with the same chat and the finished results, and you are charged once.

Upload TIFF images

TIFF files were listed as supported, but many were turned away, and the ones that got in did not preview or work with models.

Now you can upload single page TIFFs up to 3MB. Visuals turns them into a JPEG, or a PNG if they have transparency, so they preview and work with every model.

  • Larger, multi page or damaged TIFFs are turned away with a note. Convert those yourself first.

  • Downloads give you the converted image. The original TIFF file is not kept.

Recover your edits

If a flow was changed in another tab or by an AI app connected to Visuals, your browser could get stuck trying to save an old version, and you could not run anything.

Now Visuals checks for the newest saved version. If you have no unsaved changes, it quietly loads the new one. If you do, a Recover your edits window gives you 3 choices: Keep my edits, Download my edits or Use saved version. None of them starts a run.

Fewer failed runs

  • Seedance 2.5 tells you up front. It can't use start and end frames together with reference images, videos or audio. Before, that mix failed after you pressed Run. Now the card tells you before the run, so you can pick frame mode or reference mode. Seedance 2.5 needs a paid plan.

  • Long prompts are caught before the run. A video card could pass its own check, then fail because the text pulled in from connected text cards made the final prompt too long. Now the check runs on the full prompt, and the Agent shortens the right text card.

  • Preset cards run from the card. Running an image or video preset card from the card itself was being refused with an error about the model. It runs again, and you can still add a short brief.

Also fixed

  • Older flows with damaged cards open without crashing the visual canvas.

  • Audio Studio keeps your script, voice and preview while Studio is open, and a saved voiceover still shows as saved.

  • Upload notices name the step that failed, so you know what to fix.

  • Busy video models say so plainly, and a job that already started is not started twice.

  • Each empty video card shows the right hint for its model.

  • Attach files in the support chat.

  • AI apps connected to Visuals: reference images sent to Seedance keep their reference role, and cards added from an AI app save.

  • Plus assorted polish on run notices, previews and loading states.
