AI Audio Mastering is its own page. You upload a song and get a mastered version back. You don't need the canvas, a flow, or the Trim tool.
How to master a track
In Visuals, open Create and choose AI Audio Mastering. (You can also go straight to app.visuals.fm/create/audio-mastering.)
Click Upload and pick your file, or choose a song already in your Library.
Click Start AI Audio Mastering.
Wait for processing to finish. You'll then see your original and the mastered version side by side and can play both.
Click Download to save the mastered file.
The whole song is mastered. There's nothing to cut first.
Files and cost
Formats: WAV, MP3, FLAC, AAC, M4A, OGG.
Cost: about 2.5 credits per minute of audio (a 3:30 song costs about 9 credits).
Common questions
Do I need to trim the song first?
No. Trim is a canvas tool for picking a section to use in a video or clip. Mastering always uses the full track.
Can I master in the canvas or by asking the Agent?
No. Mastering is only on the AI Audio Mastering page.
It says "Some audio processing failed".
Your original song is safe, and you aren't charged for a step that fails. Some analysis steps can fail without affecting the master. If the AI Audio Mastering step itself fails, retry it from the same page. If it keeps failing, contact us through the chat bubble and include the song name.
Where do I find my mastered file later?
In your Library, on the song's card. Songs that have been mastered show a "Has mastered audio" marker.
